The Process

When you complete the affiliate/agent sign up form on the next tab

1. A TourCMS Marketplace partner account is created (and you will be emailed your login details)
2. We will receive an email with your details - in that email is an invitation for us to accept you as an affiliate. If we accept you as an affiliate you will then be able to feature our products and see the bookings that have originated from you.
3. Should we choose to accept you, you will then receive another email with instructions on what to do next.

Billing, Terms and Payment

We pay a standard 9% commission. 

By keeping the full 9% you will need to bill us for your commission anytime after the holiday has started.  How often you choose to do this is up to you - you may prefer to do one bill for the whole year's commission.

Alternatively you can use TourCMS to manage the billing and payment process for you.  They charge 3% of the commission we pay, leaving you with 6%.  The advantage of using TourCMS is that there is no hassle or need to remember what you are doing since they will bill us and collect payment for you and pay it into your bank or paypal account.

The choice is yours, you can even opt to manage the billing process yourself and change later if you wish.

Becoming an affiliate is simple.  Just complete the form and away you go.  The marketplace account will give you access to widgets and more to display our products easily on your website.  Any bookings made are tracked to you and we pay a standard commission of 9%. 

If you want to become an agent for us - i.e. deal with payments and bookings we can add our agent channel to your account once we have an agreement in place this will allow you to sell products directly to customers and take payments.  We will invoice you for payment less your commission.
