Group Bookings at Yaxham Waters

For smaller groups, you are able to hire pitches, ready tents and our marquee on a unit by unit basis whilst sharing the campsite with other campers. It works well for groups of about 20 to 30 and allows you to have the provision of a marquee for a relatively cheap price.

Since you would be sharing the campsite with other campers there are a few more restrictions than with our exclusive bookings. The most important of these is a consideration of others policy and a music off by 10pm policy but this is a non curfew campsite with people chatting around campfires often late into the night.

Marquee Hire

Our marquee is available for hire and priced according to your total spend on all other accommodation with us.

 

• A 20ft by 40ft marquee
  • Ideal for buffet catering for parties up to about 100 people. Supplied with lighting, two fridges, tables and chairs, solid portapath flooring and 16A electric supply for music and entertainment.
• Additional chairs and picnic benches outside
• We also have for hire a large catering gas powered BBQ, large boiler rings and various large pots and pans should you require them.

 

Ready Tent Accommodation

Luxury ready pitched tents which can sleep a family of up to six - they are fully equipped so just tell your guests to bring a sleeping bag and pillow case or their own bedding.
