Booking
Please call us on 01379 678711 and we will be happy to talk to you about our holidays, advise you on latest availability or reserve your holiday for you. Our office hours are from 9am - 6pm Mon- Fri and 10am-4pm at the weekend. From the end of May until the start of September we are available until 8pm every day.
Customers may prefer to email us at info@gocampinguk.co.uk. where we will happily answer any questions you may have. If you would prefer us to telephone you back please mention your telephone number and a convenient time to call.
Payment

We accept most credit and debit cards (not amex) without charging you an extra 2.5% commission (unlike most companies!). We can also arrange payment via bank transfer, paypal or cheque.
Deposits
We require a deposit of £75 for holidays which begin more than 60 days from now. Should your holiday begin within the next 60 days we will require payment in full.
Booking FAQ
What happens after I book?
You will receive outline confirmation of your booking by post or email. You will need to complete any extra details such as cycle hire details before we can finalise your holiday booking. We will then send confirmation by post.
Will you send me a reminder for my final payment?
Yes. If you have paid your deposit only we will send a request for full and final payment 60 days before your holiday is due. Once we have received your payment you will be sent details for the start of your holiday.
Do I need holiday insurance?
We would always recommend that our customers take out adequate holiday insurance, covering both the holiday and cancellation / curtailment. We recommend essentialtravel.co.uk.
