Who is the holiday with?
Some of the holidays featured on our website are booked directly with us and some with the holiday park where we are an agent. To know which is which please check the holiday description. With our holidays we either own or lease the holiday park / campsite or rent part of the park for our tents. We may then have a contract with the campsite owner to take over the management of our tents, their cleaning and welfare of our customers whilst on their park. You, the customer would be contracted to us directly, a bit like a Thomas Cook holiday uses an independent hotel but if you are not happy with your hotel and they did not deal with your problem to your satisfaction you would contact Thomas Cook.
Cancellation and refund
Please read the terms and conditions of the holiday for specifics regarding that holiday. Generally for our own holidays we can not offer a refund of the deposit value. Within 8 weeks of your holiday starting we do not offer refunds but we may be able to change your holiday subject to our standard administration charge but you will be liable for the full balance within 8 weeks of your holiday start date.
We would always recommend you take appropriate travel insurance as you would with a package holiday.
