Do you provide bedding?

Sometimes this is included, sometimes it is an add on and sometimes it is not included and you will need to bring your own.  Please check the details for each holiday.

Are dogs allowed?

Often yes but please check the individual holiday details.  All dogs must be on a lead, well behaved and will usually incur some sort of add on fee.  We suggest you read our terms and conditions so that you are clear on your responsibility as a pet owner.

Cancellation and refund

Please read the terms and conditions of the holiday for specifics regarding that holiday.  Generally for our own holidays we can not offer a refund of  the deposit value.   Within 8 weeks of your holiday starting we do not offer refunds but we may be able to change your holiday subject to our standard administration charge but you will be liable for the full balance within 8 weeks of your holiday start date. 

We would always recommend you take appropriate travel insurance as you would with a package holiday.
