The Safari Cabin is a luxury camping experience that you will never forget. Ideal for a family or couples seeking a romantic private getaway, the cabin faces out on to your private pond and jetty where you will be able to sit on the porch watching the sun go down casting reflections on the water. At the rear of the cabin, wake to the sound of birds singing and open the bedroom canvas to reveal you own private woods.
There is also a camping and caravan club certificated campsite on another part of their land but this is completely seperate from the cabin.

Dan and Kirsten own the Safari cabin and will ensure you have a very warm welcome. The service is very individual and what you would expect of a small company.

The Safari Cabin
The Safari Cabin is half cabin and half canvas and enjoys a wooded area to the rear and a pond to the front.
This unique glamping unit is equipped with double bed and fold out sofa bed / chairs for two younger children in two seperate rooms. The sofa bed is in the cabin part, the double bed in the canvas part which opens onto the wooded area.
In the wooded area you will find a jungle shower, toilet and basin all of which are integral to the experience of the Safari Cabin. You will need to boil your water on a campfire or the woodburning stove and having done this the experience is quite amazing. So if you want to try something different and get back to nature this is without doubt for you.

In the Area
Clopton is a small village about 10 miles from the interesting and popular town of Woodbridge which is probably the most popular town in the area with tourists who enjoy the variety of shops and waterfront to the River Deben.For eating there is a good food pub about two miles away. Generally there are a lot of excellent food led pubs in Suffolk which has built a reputation of providing good locally sourced food.
Explore the Suffolk Coast at Aldeburgh (about 30 minutes) or Southwold which is a little further or any of the villages or wildlife centres in between.
The area has a rich history with Framlingham Castle and Sutton Hoo the top visitor attractions.
