Glampsite Overview
On a beautiful cliff top position Overstrand campsite has pre-pitched eurotents, a great atmosphere and sandy beaches on its doorstep.
Products and Services Overview
Overstrand campsite has a number of ready pitched and fully equipped eurotents, capable of sleeping between 4 and 6 people.
These tents are ideal for families and with the site open for just July and August we gear ourselves up for the busy summer season, welcomming families to the beautiful Norfolk coast.
Our tents come complete with everything needed for a perfect camping holiday - just bring bedding! They include a mini kitchen, fridge, lighting, electric, comfortable beds and furnishings.
The tents are part of the campsite where you will be camping alongside other campers in their own tents. We run a busy cafe during most of the school holidays serving takeaway snacks, breakfasts and dinners.
Cycle hire, playground and a games room are also available but without doubt people come to Overstrand because of the wonderful views and because we are right next to the sea.

About us, glamping holidays since 2006
Overstrand Campsite is part of Go Camping UK a family run company who specialise in glamping and camping holidays. The company is run by Ian and Denise and it's Denise's favourite part of the year - running Overstrand Campsite.
Denise loves camping and camps on the site for the two months it opens, the site is developed in her spirit and is a popular return destination for many customers.

Our biggest pre-erected tent, sleeping a family of up to 6 in one large double bedroom and two twin single rooms.
These tents include all the equipment of the super eurotent 4 plus additional cutlery, chairs, beds and furnishings.
There offer a bigger living area, coving a floor space of approximately 6m x 5m.

In the Area
Overstrand itself boasts an excellent pub which serves very good food (albeit more expensive than our own offering), a well stocked general store and post office and two other cafes.Two miles along the Norfolk Coastal Path - direct from the campsite - is the seaside town of Cromer offering its famous crabs, pier, seaside attractions, Amazonia Zoo and in summer a bustling town centre.
In the area there are a wealth of things to do and see. The Norfolk Broads are only 18 miles away and this popular coastal area of Norfolk has a wealth of attractions from Seal spotting trips, to steam railways, pretty Norfolk towns, stunning beaches, historic houses and family attractions.
Slightly further afield is the wonderful city of Norwich - great for shopping and sightseeing or the seaside entertainments of Great Yaremouth, excellent for all kinds of family attractions.
